happy with my choice of shoes

Can't even squeeze into them to review them
I'm a size 9, these are size 9, yet I cannot get into these shoes without forcing my heel and tearing the skin. They feel a size too small, which is odd as I have bought Hush Puppies before (albeit the ones I usually get are now unavailable) and have always been happy with the fit and comfort so I don't know what the problem with these is. Not impressed and will be seeking a refund asap.
