Supportive Compression That Actually Helps Sore Feet and Ankles
Supportive Compression That Actually Helps Sore Feet and Ankles I picked these up mainly for extra ankle and foot support, especially during periods of prolonged standing, walking, or when dealing with soreness around the heel/Achilles area. My first impression was that these provide noticeably firm compression — definitely more supportive than the average lightweight sleeve. If you want something with real compression, these deliver. The material feels breathable and comfortable enough to wear for extended periods, and I like that they don’t feel bulky inside shoes. They fit more like a snug compression sock than a rigid brace, so you still maintain flexibility while getting some extra support around the arch and ankle. I also appreciated that they stayed in place reasonably well without constantly sliding down. For me, these worked best during activity or long periods on my feet rather than expecting them to magically fix discomfort overnight. They seem particularly useful for mild Achilles irritation, foot fatigue, plantar fasciitis discomfort, or simply wanting extra support while exercising, walking, or working. The compression provides a subtle “held together” feeling that can be reassuring when an ankle feels a bit overworked. One thing to keep in mind: the compression is fairly strong (20–30 mmHg), so sizing matters. If you are between sizes or dislike tight-fitting compression gear, make sure to check measurements carefully because these can feel quite snug at first. Getting them on takes a little effort, which is expected for stronger compression products. Bottom line: These are a solid option if you want meaningful ankle and foot compression without wearing a bulky brace. Comfortable enough for daily use, supportive during activity, and a nice option for sore or tired feet — just pay attention to sizing since the compression is stronger than average.

Average product
I may be good for other foot issues but not good for heel pain. I did not find it a good return of money.
