Hooked on These Baits!!!
I have been "Hooked" on Mayhem Bait Co. products for a very good reason. They work. This was my first experience with the New Liquid Mayhem Crawfish but boy! was I NOT disappointed. I purchased Mahem for a trip to eleven point river in southern Missouri and northern Arkansas. It was an exploratory trip to find a new area to float for a longer float trip this summer with my son and son-in-law. I caught smallmouth in every area that I tried! At one location ,I was putting in the boat, as another boat was coming out. While waiting I ask the fishermen "How'd you do?" They answered "They aint hitt'n today." At that moment I bent the rod to set the hook on a nice smallie that I had picked up from my first cast down the bank. Some what embarrassed, I put him in the water and cast to a piece of brush clinging to the bank and again the rod bent showing the headshaking bass was a good'n. The boaters couldn,t take it anymore." What'r you using". I held up the green pumpkin tube for them to see. "that's to same thing we are using" The look on their faces were enough for me to know that I should level with them. "You need to rub on some of this new stuff called Liquid Mayhem. I told them that I had used it all morning and that it had caught fish wherever I fished it. Of course, I told them get it on Amazon or at their web page. I recommend it to anyone. Don't leave home without it-----I won't

Liquid Mayhem - It works!
Bought this after researching various scent attractants. I pre-applied the scent to my plastics while still in the bags. Leech scent on everything dark (Black, Purple, etc.). Crawfish scent on everything brown or green, including pumpkinseed and watermelon. My third cast resulted in a 3-1/2 pound Smallmouth Bass. Approximately ten casts later, wham! 10 pound Northern Pike! Changed plastic and cast in the opposite direction and caught a 4 pound walleye! In 3-1/4 days of fishing our group of five (very) experienced anglers caught 13 walleye. I caught 7 of them! Next closest guy had three. BTW, I have the least amount of (fresh water) experience! I could not guess how many SMB and Pike were caught and released. No trolling involved, folks. All cast and retrieve - and I was in the back of the boat. That means that the fish I caught had seen two other "presentations" before my plastic landed in front of them! Pre-soaking means slippery baits but I had no problems hooking them up. Keep a towel or rag handy. Awesome product. (I'm 60 years old and don't use that word very often). Liquid Mayhem will always be in my tackle bag. (J. Bowe)

No such thing as fish attractant.
Well really all the 5 star reviews are a little over the top but ok . Listen... There is NO such thing as fish attractant and to say that there is something in here that stimulated them to bite is untrue. Fish can smell better than a canine which is true but they have a lousy tracking sense following smell. That being said you're really only buying something that covers up your scent but fish sense movement and see their prey and if it tastes right they will bite and hold on longer so it's not a bad thing. I have however caught at least 1 more fish than my usual 2 at the hard places I fish and even slammed a 4 lb bass on a jig in a place I don't get bit much but whether or not it was the scents don't know. Fishing is a confidence thing so the posters saying they caught fish after fish and say it's the scent probably just got more confidence throwing with this stuff on. It DOES stay on the bait longer but don't put it on your jig skirts, it messes with the action

Ehh...
After I read about this product & saw a few youtube videos, I was sold. Found it on Amazon & thought it would be a great addition to the tackle box. I have tried this product about a dozen times, and so far, it hasn't attracted a bass - but neither has anything else in my tackle box. Not sure if the season is just late due to the ridiculously harsh winter we had in MA, so far it's looking like "Year of the Pickerel." I will say this product smells absolutely horrible & it definitely sticks! In open water, I used the same top water lure & a dab of Liquid Mayhem for several hours - easily, and didn't need to reapply. With light - medium cover & the same top water lure, I needed to reapply after the second or third cast.I am still undecided.... water temps are finally warming up & cover is really starting to show, so I will be trying this again once I know bass are actually biting. I will update this review if my opinion changes. In the meantime, happy fishing!

Catches Bass
Stays on the bait better than spray. Has a garlic smell. Helped catch a bass first time I used it!

Normally this time of year we are able to catch a few small bass in the mornings at best. Today was different
As a Semi-Pro bass fisherman I am always looking for an edge. I received my Liquid Mayhem yesterday and put it to the test today in some of the toughest conditions any bass fisherman can fish, the Southeast Texas Bayous. Mind you it is July and very hot in Southeast Texas and in fact the water temps were in the upper 80s. Normally this time of year we are able to catch a few small bass in the mornings at best. Today was different, I was able to put 15 bass in the boat and they were still hitting when I left at 1:00PM. Liquid Mayhem did everything as advertized!! It stayed on the bait a long time and that is really saying something when fishing brackish water as the salt in the water tends to remove scents quickly. Not only that when a fish hit it held onto the bait so I could set the hook. Normally this time of the year you can get bass to slap at your bait in the bayous but today using Liquid Mayhem they were trying to eat the bait. I'm sold, there will always be some Liquid Mayhem in my boat from this point forward as this is the edge I've been looking for in tournament fishing!!!
