Q: How do you turn off the alarms. I only need to use alarms 1-5, is there a way to disable the other 3 alarms from going off.

You can’t turn them off but by not setting them for a time they will not alarm. I only used 4 alarms & simply didn’t set the others.

Q: Is there a specific button to turn it off?

The center button will stop the alarm from beeping.

Q: Can this be retuned if the alarm isn’t loud enough for my husband?

You should be able to return through amazon for any reason.

Q: How do I set the alarm to 00:00 as I’ve created a fifth alarm in error?

You should be @ble to set the alarm at 00:00, but if it won’t try setting it for 00:01.
