My 9 year old grandson requested I buy the Lavender and Tropical sticks for when he spends the night. He said they help him greatly with his congestion at night and first thing in the morning. He uses Lavender at bedtime and Tropical in the morning. We have only used them for two days but he is right they make a difference and he can use them himself because they are all natural. I’m all for something that works, easy to use, all natural, and smells nice but not overwhelming.

Thank goodness for Boom Boom Refresh aromatherapy nasal inhaler. I have used this product for over a year- it is much more than you expect. The scents are all natural and have very distinct aromas. Each scent is unique and is potent and long lasting. At first, I used Refresh as a treat and pick-me-up. I walk daily and live in an area with quite an amount of air pollution. I used Refresh before walking one morning and was surprised at how clear my nose felt and how clean the scent remains even after many uses. I have allergies in addition to living in dirty air. I used to use Flonase during difficult days, but I found that when I used the Refresh, I didn’t need the Flonase after all. This is a small inexpensive item that will make your day a better one. Especially now that we are limited in our activities, Boom Boom Refresh aromatherapy nasal inhaler can make you day fresher, more natural, and put a smile on your face. Love this product!

These are a good alternative to the other brands, but they didn't work quite as well as they advertised. I liked them, but when I'm very stuffed up, they didn't work as advertised. Decent smell, portable and easy to carry. I like that it was a multi pack.

These were much better than I expected and definitely gave me the same cooling, clearing sensation people still associate with the old-school original inhalers everyone used to carry around years ago. The refreshing effect is immediate, the vapor feels clean and strong without being overwhelming, and they are extremely convenient to keep in a bag, car, desk, travel pouch, or gym tote for quick use throughout the day. I can absolutely understand why people become attached to products like this because they give that quick “reset” feeling almost instantly. The packaging arrived sealed properly, the inhalers were fresh, and everything was packaged well during delivery with no leaking or drying out. One thing I will say personally is that I did not love the tropical scent version quite as much as some of the cleaner or more classic scent profiles. The tropical note felt slightly artificial to me compared to the more straightforward cooling scents, although the performance itself was still very good. These are great. The only reason I did not give five stars is because they are WAY overpriced. and you can make them your own by buying the little holders and using your own essential oils etc. For a way cheaper deal. This concept is great though. Helps clear my nose and also helped me stop vaping. It is great for someone with ADHD and/or has an oran fixation. Easy to use. Keep out of reach of animals though, because dogs will try to chew them up. Size is perfect and easy to travel with. They are a little smaller than the average chapstick. Strength of smell is better than the other brands I have tried and smells better than the other brands.

These are fantastic! It's as effective as a light smelling salt, but smells WAY better. The size makes it easy to slide into any normal-sized pocket without making it uncomfortable. The strength is not even close to the heavy-duty smelling salts, but the ease of use and scents make it worth it. I usually take a hit every few hours, and one of these tubes lasts me a few weeks!

I love the different herbs. Has the same effect as the Vicks
