Rope flow quality!! This is a great rope for those who love the Rope flow moves. Nice material, awesome at touch, excellent weight!! The price is very good for the great quality of the rope!! Go on lets flow!!

Amazon was the only place I could find a flow rope. This weight works perfectly for me. Pricey but if you're going to take flow rope seriously, it's worth it. Darn good exercise that is fun, unique, and allows your creativity to flow!
