肺活量が上がるような気がします

価格的には高いよなあ、と思います。でもシュノーケルを使用可能な環境のプールで泳いでいるなら、決して高くない買い物だと思います。僕の通っているスイミングは幸いなことに、たいがいの器具が使用オーケーなので、シュノーケル、水中ウォークマン、ビート板、フィンの四点セットでキックのみの長距離を泳いでいます。ゆっくりしたスピードで泳いでいると、まるで南海の海を泳いでいるかのような錯覚に陥ります。至福の時、といっても過言ではありません。スカーリングの時にも効果を発揮します。息継ぎを気にせず、泳ぎに集中できるというのが一番のメリットだと思います。シュノーケルを使っていると肺活量も上がります。かなりお勧めです。
