It works well on sensitive skin with no tearing.

Q: Do they work for venous ulcers? How often do I need to change it? Thank you!

I wouldn’t put it directly on the ulcer. Definitely have it covered with a gauze . I changed my dressing every day so I could clean my port area

Q: Will these work on a wound that measures 4X3? Not sure what the size in description means.

It only covers a 4x3 area, with about 1/4 around edge, so I would say no, you need to go a bit larger to accommodate 4x3 wound.
