Just what I needed for my back. I’m in my 50’s and had back surgery almost 30 years ago. I find sleeping like a normal person painful. I use the wedge pillow to sleep and it’s been working well over the past few months. It’s has the support where I need it. It’s holding up great with no signs of wear.

Overall, a pretty good option. Pros: Well made. The arm rests are well padded and a good length. The backrest was pretty well padded, although I think it would have been better if it was lightly thicker. Cons: Here it lost a star for me. The back rest was definitely not tall enough. I am of average height, so not a tall person, however the backrest did not reach as far as the back of my head. This tended to put stress on my neck, which was something I bought it for to alleviate. Also, there should be more padding on it as the back feels slightly thin and not as supportive as I had hoped. This is not a bad choice if you are on the smaller side, and don't expect significant support on your back. As stated, the build quality looks good and the arm rests are well done.

This is absolutely the cheapest and worst thing ever. The foam won't go in the arms so I gave up after 15 tries. It won't zip up and.doesnt fit. The actual pillow back is thin and not comfortable at all. Its cheap, poorly made and uncomfortable. Its smells bad too. Save your money. Its the most awkward and uncomfortable pillow ever. Like feels like steel and cardboard its so bad. What made me mad is WHY IS IT SO HARD TO GET THE FOAM GREY WEDGES INSIDE THE SLEEVES AS IT CAN'T BE EASILY ZIPPED. I feel like a contortionist. I'd return it but it made me so mad how utterly useless this is I threw it in the trash.
