Forced into menopause after breast cancer. I was always starving. I just couldn't get enough protein to keep me full for more than an hour. I searched for something without extra stuff I didn't need. This totally fit on both sides. Helps to keep me full longer and no extras I don't need. I love that this protein powder has no artificial sweeteners or extra junk. I use it in my banana/yogurt pudding and my smoothies.

I love this powder for easy use when I need a fuel source before or after a workout that contains a mix of carbs and protein without a bunch of extra stuff in there. I don't like the taste of most artificial sweeteners, and a lot of other drink mixes are sweetened with artificial sweeteners, so they're out. This works well, tastes pretty good, and mixes well with milk in a shaker bottle or blender to make for a super quick fuel source that hits the needs I have.

One of the better tasting vegan protein powders sold. Expensive though! So look for sale pricing. Not a fan of the chocolate or berry flavors though. They taste very artificial.

Love this product! One of the only protein patterns that I can find that’s non-dairy and without any sugar substitutes, including Stevia and monk fruit! Only four ingredients very natural taste great.
