Q: Not including learning the rules, how long does it take to play one game?

Depends on how many people you are playing with. A 5- or 6-player game will take at least a couple of hours. First few games will probably take double that. I think that even with four players 60-90 minutes is probably optimistic.

Q: Why does the release date keep getting pushed back???

Because people are just making up those dates, the actual date is after Christmas. They are hoping you will pay for a pre-order that won't ship until after Christmas.

Q: If it adds in 2 factions and another vagabond doesn't that mean you could play 7 players?

It still only recommends up to six players. I think you’d have all of the component for a seventh but the board might be overly crowded at that point.
