This is genuinely one of the best A2 gir cow ghee I have tried. The aroma is rich and authentic – you can smell the purity the moment you open the jar. The taste is clean, nutty, and deeply satisfying without any off-flavours. It has a beautiful golden colour and a smooth, grainy texture when it solidifies, which is a sign of good-quality desi ghee. I use it for everyday cooking, tadka, and even in bullet coffee and warm milk. It gives a wonderful flavour and I feel it digests very well. Being A2 ghee, it feels lighter and more nourishing compared to regular ghee I’ve used before. Perfect for the whole family, especially when we are conscious about purity and health. First of all, the aroma is absolutely delightful. The moment I opened the jar, a rich, traditional desi ghee fragrance filled the room. It’s that pure, nostalgic smell. The texture is smooth and grainy in the best way exactly how authentic ghee should be. As soon as I received the parcel, I made my grandfather taste it. His reaction made my day, he said it smells and tastes exactly like the ghee he used to have in his childhood. That kind of feedback says everything about the authenticity of the product. One more thing I genuinely appreciated is the brand’s accountability. They clearly mention on the seal: “Do not accept if seal is broken.” This shows that the brand truly cares about quality and customer trust....something many brands overlook. The aroma of this ghee is nice. The texture and color is also pure.It is incredibly pure and value for money. It's an authentic a2 ghee.

I had previously purchased ROSIER A2 Gir Cow Ghee in the smaller packs 3–4 times and was quite happy with the quality. That good experience is exactly why I decided to order the 5L pack. Unfortunately, this 5L pack has been extremely disappointing. The consistency feels completely different from the smaller packs I received earlier. Even in warm weather, the ghee remains unusually solid and does not melt the way I would expect ghee to. The aroma and taste are also disappointing. When used for cooking, I hardly get the characteristic ghee aroma, especially once the food cools down. I have also noticed throat irritation/coughing after consuming this particular pack, which makes me uncomfortable using it further. I cannot say whether this is a batch issue, storage issue, or something else, but there is a very noticeable difference compared with the smaller packs I bought earlier. What makes this particularly disappointing is that I was a repeat customer. I bought the 5L pack only because the smaller packs had given me confidence in the brand. If the quality becomes inconsistent when customers move to larger packs, the brand risks losing exactly those customers who trusted the product enough to buy more. I hope ROSIER takes this seriously, investigates this batch and resolves the issue. As things stand, I would be very hesitant to purchase again.
