フォカッチャづくりの動画からこちらの商品を知り購入。 本当にくっつかないし、軽いし、 カドが四角すぎないので、取り外し＆洗いやすさも抜群に良いです。 これを買ってから、ケーキ型・パウンド型を使わなくなりました。 蒸し器で蒸し焼きにするのにも良かった。 直火はなんか怖くて試せてないです。

It arrived dented.
The design is great, I have three that I bought about 8 years ago and now I decided to buy another one. However, unfortunately it arrived with two dents in different places. I ask that you pack it better next time because it's not a cheap item to arrive damaged. Otherwise, it was a great purchase.

本当にひっつきません。 少し浅いので、材料を混ぜるときは、 丁寧にしないとこぼれます。 でもパンの材料を全部混ぜて、こねなくていいパンはこれで焼く事も出来て、すごく重宝してます。ホームベーカリーはしばらく2軍落ちです 笑 オーブン料理も簡単に作れて、レパートリー増えました
