Good option for overpronators
I’m a hypermobile 28 year old with severe foot problems. I have flat feet that over pronate really bad and put a lot of stress on my knees. I’m currently waiting on my custom orthotics from my podiatrist to be adjusted for more arch support to keep my arches from collapsing and causing my ankles and knees to twist inward, so in the mean time I was looking for a quick and easy fix. I bought the high arch option, which do a good job of keeping my arches lifted. I’ve noticed less joint pain right off the bat. I wouldn’t say they’re a good long-term solution for people with more severe issues, like me, but they’re a great temporary solution. These might be a permanent fix for someone with milder symptoms. They’re not super squishy; they’re on the harder side. But that works well for me because it adds more support.

Comfortable and malleable, and decent thickness
It's been difficult for me to find comfortable arch supports. These are quite comfortable, malleable.Decent thickness, works for my fairly high arches in shoes that already have a little bit of arch.Just be careful with positioning and gluing, the adhesive will likely only endure sticking once. They tend to roll up from the edge if I slide my foot out, but they smooth back down.

Good arch support
Why did you pick this product vs others?:These have been very helpful. I have several pair of sandals that I spent a lot of money on, but haven’t been able to wear because I developed plantar fasciitis. By adding these to my shoes, it gives enough arch support that I can wear my sandals without pain. I wish they offered a little more support, but they have allowed me to wear my favorite sandals again.

Really hard
They feel squishy in the hands, but they feel very hard in shoes. I’m sure it’s excellent arch support, but not super comfortable at first. My feet get used to them by the end of the day. They stick really well, even after adjusting. I will continue to use them, but probably wouldn’t purchase them again.

Love the thick padding!
Love these cushion arch supports! I have a high arch and also have had a few surgeries so I appreciate the extra support. I saw thinner pads available but purchased these thicker arch support pads instead & very pleased. The pads are very easy to attach/place in any shoe, even sandals, just remove plastic wrap. The pads I purchased were clear so they blended in well & are unnoticeable in several of my shoes. The adhesiveness is super sticky, the pads aren’t going anywhere! However, you’re able to correct and adjust the pads if necessary because the adhesive is very durable. Buying more to place in all my shoes!

Essential and great arch support inserts!!
I love these! I have very high arches and need additional support to every single shoe, boot, sneaker etc. that I own. Best thing I figured out so far was putting these UNDER the sole insert of any shoe or sneaker that has a removable one. It helps to keep the support in place better while wearing the shoe but also keeps it in better place when taking shoes on and off.

Great support for my feet
The product supports my fallen arches and a spur. I place them from flip flops to walking sneakers.

Work well!
These worked really well for me!- The size of this arch support for me perfectly. It is a good amount of support for what my arch needs.- You have to make sure you place the sticker on the right spot so that it actually hits your arch. This can be somewhat tricky.- The sticker sticks for a while. I got a summer of wearing it in one of my sandals, but over time it does come loose. They don’t last forever and I wouldn’t suggest resticking them into different shoes, because they won’t stay.- As someone with arch pain, these were great when I needed to wear shoes that weren’t necessarily made with arch support. These aren’t a total fix and it would be better for my feet to only wear my shoes from higher quality, podiatrist recommended brands, but when I need a quick fix these work. I wouldn’t use them all the time though.
