I have suffered with foot issues for years. Had to purchase expensive shoes with support. As you may know not a very good variety of ladies sandels give proper support. I purchased the pads to accommodate my feet in flat sandals and casual tennis shoes and I was very please with the support it gave to my arch area. They seem to be very durable and comfortable as well for the price. The adhesion stays in place.

Love these cushion arch supports! I have a high arch and also have had a few surgeries so I appreciate the extra support. I saw thinner pads available but purchased these thicker arch support pads instead & very pleased. The pads are very easy to attach/place in any shoe, even sandals, just remove plastic wrap. The pads I purchased were clear so they blended in well & are unnoticeable in several of my shoes. The adhesiveness is super sticky, the pads aren’t going anywhere! However, you’re able to correct and adjust the pads if necessary because the adhesive is very durable. Buying more to place in all my shoes!

These worked really well for me!- The size of this arch support for me perfectly. It is a good amount of support for what my arch needs.- You have to make sure you place the sticker on the right spot so that it actually hits your arch. This can be somewhat tricky.- The sticker sticks for a while. I got a summer of wearing it in one of my sandals, but over time it does come loose. They don’t last forever and I wouldn’t suggest resticking them into different shoes, because they won’t stay.- As someone with arch pain, these were great when I needed to wear shoes that weren’t necessarily made with arch support. These aren’t a total fix and it would be better for my feet to only wear my shoes from higher quality, podiatrist recommended brands, but when I need a quick fix these work. I wouldn’t use them all the time though.

I’ve used them in heavy-duty hiking boots and trail shoes, and they last about 4-6 weeks of daily wear before needing a swap.One small downside: They work best in shoes with removable insoles, as trimming for a custom fit isn’t easy (but the size fits my size 9.5 feet well). Overall, for anyone with flat feet or fasciitis, these are a practical, low-profile solution that delivers real relief. If you’re hesitant, take it from me—grab a couple packs like I did!

I’m a hypermobile 28 year old with severe foot problems. I have flat feet that over pronate really bad and put a lot of stress on my knees. I’m currently waiting on my custom orthotics from my podiatrist to be adjusted for more arch support to keep my arches from collapsing and causing my ankles and knees to twist inward, so in the mean time I was looking for a quick and easy fix. I bought the high arch option, which do a good job of keeping my arches lifted. I’ve noticed less joint pain right off the bat. I wouldn’t say they’re a good long-term solution for people with more severe issues, like me, but they’re a great temporary solution. These might be a permanent fix for someone with milder symptoms. They’re not super squishy; they’re on the harder side. But that works well for me because it adds more support.

Such a huge thing to have when you have high arches! I put them in my sandals...since they are clear, no one notices them.

Actually works for arch support. Does not affect the fit of your shoes, just makes them more comfortable. One side is sticky and stays in place until you remove it.
