Dear Tshana, The amount of powder to be added to epoxy depends on what type of epoxy you are trying to make. If you want some transparency, we recomme d starting with less than a teaspoon of powder to be added then gradully add more to achieve the desired color and the opacity. will the Marblers powder mix with a single component urethane concrete white base..ie waretec 4400.?
