Best headphone I have ever used!!
Firstly, it has an amazing battery life and excellent sound quality. The noise cancellation is good. I felt sometimes the noise cancellation option automatically turns off and on. Excellent connectivity between 2 devices. It automatically switches between devices makes your job pretty easy. You might feel heavy if you wear it for a long time. Overall it’s a worth buying.

Quality sound and comfort 1000XM6
Amazing sound and noise cancellation. It’s been decades since I’ve used full ear headphones as the iPods with noise cancellation have worked fine. Now though I can wear these even when on my snowblower without fear of losing the buds…which almost happened a couple of times and they are really tough to find with snow as a background.

Seem great to me.
I'v never owned a pair of good ANC headsets, so I don't have anything to compare them to, other than a set of plantronics bass pro headsets. 1) The ANC works. I work in an area which was a warehouse, but is now a component shop. It is loud. The heat and AC is ridiculously loud. My tinnitus was driving me crazy when it was actually quite enough for me to hear it, which was every hour when i wasn't at work. So the ANC works. When I have the ANC turned on 100% someone can be standing right beside me and I wont hear them talking to me. There are 3 modes of ANC. 2) Sound Great. The sound quality is very good, but I am not picky, and so far I've only listened to books. 3) Long Battery Life. The battery life is LONG. I work 12 hour days, and I didn't have to recharge at at all for the first week - 48 hours. I downloaded the app, and updated the headset, not sure what the benefit was, because I did that right away. What I expected was what the plantronics did which was: Pause what ever I was listening to, when I removed them from my head. Sony WH1000X m3s don't. But I can tap the right ear and make it happen easily enough. They are expensive, all of the really good ANC headsets are. I think I have more to learn about these, I've not taken a call yet.
