I am 5'4 177 llbs what size would u recommend?

I’m 5’7 ish and I weight 200 lbs and I bought a large and it fit PERFECT. Not too tight .. highly recommend

I ordered an XL because I carry most of my weight in my lower abdomen, thighs and rear. Though the garment fit me loose in the waist it has great support where I needed it. I’m 5’5 190. I could probably fit into a large for a more tighter fit.

Don’t buy it. I’m 5ft 3 149lbs and I can tell you that the only part that holds you in are where the x pattern is. You will have very unflattering bulges everywhere else
