I have tried protein shakes in the past but found them quite sickly. I thought i would try this one as vanilla ice cream seemed a good choice. I wanted high protein. 20g per scoop , - one serving is great. I tried the first serving with maximum suggested amount of water 300ml. I thought it tasted it bit like dish water🙄...so I tried reducing the water to the lowest suggested amount 150ml which tasted much better. I wouldn't describe it as delicious though🤣 However the fact that it delivers 20g of protein 101 calories & less than 1g of sugar its a thumbs up by me! Designed as a protein supplement rather than a complete meal replacement. It does contain artificial sweeteners. Not gluten free Update! I have changed my review from 4 stars to 5! I have been using regularly now ; I am really so happy with it i have ordered on subscribe & save now😊 If I am mixing with water on its own I mix with only 150ml which gives a very pleasant taste. However....I have mixed with water plus banana & other fruits ..even adding in seeds ...DELICIOUS 🥰 A fabulous tasty smoothie full of protein👌👏x Easy to prepare. Mixes in seconds. Powder dissolves completely no clumps. No strong obvious smell. Good value for 18 servings. I think i may try mixing in with other ingredients to make it more enjoyable. That's just my opinion of course😊. I will be buying more x

The test and smell is lovely. Just like vanilla ice cream, Not powdery at all. Not sickly. My husband use milk instead of water and he's loving it And the price is very reasonable and realistic With all the vitamins and minerals it's a good substitute to a cooked meal

Overall it does exactly what I need it to. Each serving delivers 20g of protein, which makes it a really handy option for boosting my daily intake. It’s also reasonably priced, especially compared to some other brands.The powder itself is smooth, mixes easily, and has a creamy texture that feels quite satisfying. The only downside for me is the taste. It’s drinkable, but tastes synthetic. It’s fine because of the protein benefit, but not a flavour I’d reach for otherwise. I find using the maximum amount, 300ml of water, makes the taste a little milder and more palatable. Good value and texture, but it's not going to win awards for taste.

I absolutely love this powder. I make mine with 250mls of almond milk (can’t drink cows milk 🤢) and it is a lovely consistency and without any lumps (shake well) I’ve never been good at having food before at least mid day but started a new eating plan and exercise so my son told me to try have a shake in the mornings to help with energy and my terrible protein in take, I’m on my 4th packet of this now and it’s making a massive difference to me I have this every morning now when I get up around 5.30 and it keeps me full and with more energy till 12 lunch break if I’m having a particularly busy day I have another one around 3.30 to keep me going till supper or if I’ve been on a 10k walk then I have one when I get back, this fits perfectly into my day and I definitely feel better and have more energy which I think is down to the fact this helps me start my day. I have also tried the salted caramel flavour and I really enjoy that one too, I’ve now put this on a subscribe order for the big size the value is brilliant.

Really great mixed in to yoghurt. Just add directly from the bag and mix. Not gritty and a nice subtle vanilla taste

It’s not nourishing at all. It does taste like Vanilla Icecream. But I’m going by how I feel after having it. I had Purition previously. Grabbed this one.. there’s a difference. I feel drained. My brain. It’s not good.

Vanilla protein powder is the king due to it's versatility. I can add a miriad of other fruits or flavours and it tastes banging! Great value,good quality and mixable.

Great taste, Applied Nutrition are always good quality and worth the money
