Quickly dispatched and seems good quality Make sure you put front and back print on the first selcetion if you want the front and back printed , Because it does allow you to add both on any selection, which I did and didn't realise I didn't put front and back so the back print was missing. I've just reorder another one so I'll review how good the image print is on the next order. Their customer service is good aswell they where willing to look into the problem they realised I didn't select back aswell.

I contacted the company as soon as I ordered as I required the personalised item quickly for a funeral in the week. They reassured me and updated the tracking information so I was able to get the product 2 days early. In terms of the babygrow, its nice and soft and the photo and text were printed on the front as good as I expected it to be. Very happy!

The only dislike I have is that I would of preferred to have the text bigger to cover most of the front, but still looks good

The product itself is lovely. Customer service with these guys is somewhat lacking. I had an issue with the delivery of my item, and they weren't very helpful. I had to keep chasing up on my messages, and contacting them to begin with isn't as easy as it could be. I finally have resolved my delivery issue but this wasn't through the help of this company.
