Great band

Honestly this is the best of the wrist bands. It fits the best and it's the most comfortable during activities but it's crazy expensive for what it is.

Its a great product, in my opinion.

I really like my Whoop. It provides everything I need to monitor my health. The Sleep information is very helpful as I have sleep issues. The AI has also been very helpful. I have asked it why I might be tired and it answers based on 30 days of looking at my activity level, sleep information, recovery and other parameters. I also like the blood pressure option. It is an estimate but I check it with a blood pressure cuff and jt is pretty close.

Very Fragile

Broke first day of wearing it. Seemed ok at first, but not the same quality as an apple bands ive worn for 10 years and never broken one.

Looks just like the pictureNo instructions how to put on the ECG so I had to watch a few online videos to figure it out.I have a small wrist and my choice was to either wear the band very tight or a little loose to which is slides around a little.
