Very firm - Definitely does the job
Very happy with this. Had a less firm roller before for several years; it became a bit 'squashed'. This one is much better - nice and firm, and doesn't feel like it will ever get compressed or wear out. Been using it for a number months now - all good.

評価が高かった（英語の評価ばっかりだったけど💦）のでポチりました。 届いてみると、硬い発泡スチロールむき出しという感じでした。 原価安いだろーなーという思いが先立ち、返品しようかとも思いました。 しかし、レビューに、「以前仕様のものはすぐにヤワヤワになったけれども、これは硬いままだ。」とありました。 まー、それも一理あるなと思い使い続けることにしました。 前述のレビュー投稿者は体重130kgとかの人なんだろうけれども。 使ってみて良いところは、材料むき出しのために、全く劣化しないということです。 かなり硬いですが、自分は気になりません。

Produto bem resistente e bonito. Na minha opinião seria mais útil se fosse uns 15cm mais longo para poder manipulá-lo no curso da aplicação. Perfeito para liberação miofascial e "colocar" a coluna no lugar.

Material com excelente qualidade, com o tempo não chega a perder densidade o que é um ponto negativo. Só não é ideal para ambiente com crianças, pois é fácil de tirar pedaços!
