Amazing product!
These cast covers work perfect! My daughter (9 years old) had both of her legs casted at the same time for treatment purposes of her heels a month ago. That meant, I (mom) had to give her showers everyday.... the one specific thing the dr. told me was to make sure not to get it wet AT ALL! She had to wear these casts for a whole month and we needed to be careful not to get her an infection on her skin. I have never dealt with this before but I knew two trash bags wasn't going to do the job. I bought these covers, and I'm not going to lie, at first I wasn't sure if it really vacuumed sealed the elastic on top, so for extra precaution I would wrap a towel around and inside the seal just in case. However, after doing this a few times I decided to try it without the towels, and not a single drop of water got through the seal and her casts were completely dry! They are worth the money, and really life savers !!! I will keep them for as long as I got children, u never know when u may need them again. Great quality and durability. If you need a cast cover I recommend this 100%.

Works awesome!
My four year old daughter had surgery on her toes which resulted in full leg casts up to the top of her thighs. This isn't the first time she's had surgery / casts so I've tried a bunch of different options. These cast covers are by FAR the best solution to rinsing her in the bath that I've ever seen. They cover her full leg, easily go over her casts and suction very well so water will not get in. They are also made of quality material so I feel like no water will seep in otherwise. We had problems with the last casts getting wet and getting sand in them, so I'm trying to be more picky this time. I would absolutely recommend these!! They are the best solution I've seen so far.

Works beautifully
Exactly what I was looking for. My son is about 50 inches and 60 lbs- with a full leg cast almost to his groin and this fit. Initially it is hard to get up because the elastic part is tight but it keeps the water out! I can shower with him and the cast is dry. I haven’t taken him into a pool- just not brave enough. The only thing i would caution is to monitor the foot part. My son’s cast is fiberglass and he walks around with it- but with it comes wear and tear. I think the edges of his cast are sharp- and it made small puncture holes on my first cast cover. So i make sure to cover his cast with a sock before putting him in the cast cover . I reenforced my second one with tape at the base- the only thing I may recommend is to reenforce the foot - but it works perfectly and exactly as advertised Thank you

Perfect for my 8 year old!
It keeps the cast perfectly dry! It came extremely fast, and it will fit most kids or small adults I think. The opening is made from a material similar to a wetsuit and stretches to fit as needed without it hurting at all. It was a little hard to get past his ankle part because it was thick, but I figured out that the easiest way to put it on is to roll the end over, like when you fill a Ziplock bag to fill it, and it goes on easily. My 8 year old broke his ankle landing him in a cast for 6 week. I had ZERO experience with dealing with a cast as I had never broken anything, and neither had anyone in my family (though I am pretty sure this kid will make up for us all lol). When he was getting his cast put on the nurse recommend another one, but when I looked it up, it didn't seem like it would work for a kid, but this one came up in the related search's so I gave it a try. I am so glad I took a shot because it is perfect and made taking a shower doable.

Defective at best
Used this product once for my 8 yr old son. We have used other cast covers in the past and none were as difficult as this one to get over the cast. The second time we attempted to use it, the entire back seam came apart. It’s difficult enough to get an 8 yr old in the shower on one foot with a cast cover, but having it break before its second use is unacceptable. Don’t buy this product!

Watertight but
We used this twice when the rubber at the top ripped. It did a good job keeping water out, but my son complained it was too tight around the top of his leg. I’m disappointed it didn’t last longer for the cost. We still have 8 weeks of cast left and have to buy a new one.

Worked great!
My daughter is in a full leg cast- almost up to her underwear line. She’s about 44 inches tall and about 43 pounds. It’s very tight at the top. Had no issues with water getting in. That being said- we showered her- one adult holding and one washing and we left her broken leg out of the tub most of the time. I would NOT risk having her sit in a bathtub of water in anything- so I can’t comment on that aspect. If you don’t have two adults for shower time I think it would work fine if you put a chair in the shower or tub (use the shower) and have little one sit in the chair while you clean them. Even if they need go put their leg inside the tub or stall- I think it would be not very risky as long as the leg wasn’t totally submerged.

Great leg cast cover.
This cover is working great for us. My son's cast was pretty long and we tried other covers that were not long enough. This cover works great. The elastic is not too tight on the leg and seals from the water. As a tip, when putting it on, roll the elastic strap on top of the plastic and only when fully slid on the cast, roll it back over onto the skin. Pulling the elastic over the cast material is not easy. The same would apply for taking it off. Just roll the elastic back over the plastic and the cover comes right off.
