I had my eye on these hair elastics for a while, in fact when I first saw them they were priced at double what I bought them for. I like the fact that they would mostly blend in my blond hair, and they seemed sturdy as I wear my hair in a topknot almost always these days. I have long and fine but thick hair. I never listen to claims of hair elastics that don't leave a bend in the hair because they might not exist for me, so I wasn't expecting that. However, they just don't hold as tight as I expected and seem to stretch out. I like them and am happy to purchase at $15, but I'm glad I didn't do so when they were $30+

I love these! They’re my new favorite hair tie! I have extensions and they’re gentle on them. They don’t cut off circulation to my arm when I wear them on my wrist. I can wrap them comfortably around my hair 3 times and they hold secure. 10/10

I spent the extra funds thinking these would last. They didn't. Poor quality, stretches really quickly.

I purchased these after I'd seen a couple of beauty YouTubers rave about them. At $2 each, these are not cheap hair ties. I have long hair (mid to low back) that is medium thickness. I'd almost exclusively switched to wearing my hair up in clips to avoid headaches and stress breakage (these are great if you're in need of clips amazon.com/gp/product/B0817QLT89/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_search_asin_title?ie=UTF8&psc=1), but they weren't what I needed for the gym. I prefer my hair in a high messy bun for the gym. I'd used the Goody's hair tie for thick hair, but they'd stretch out pretty easily and I just didn't love them. I tried these with high hopes, but I couldn't get the third wrap around so my hair kept getting slouchy and didn't stay up. I primarily do weight training and LISS cardio so I wasn't jumping around or doing anything crazy where it shouldn't stay where I had put it. I found myself repeatedly having to adjust it which was super annoying. I am not a fan of the "G" branding either. I've been trying to become more aware of what "damaging habits" I have with my hair. I like to put my hair up because I have thick, though straight, long hair. Typical hair elastics pull hair out a lot, especially when in a high ponytail or bun. I've been using a lot of scrunchies at home, but they aren't good for working out or when I'm trying to look professional. These blend into my hair like a normal hair elastic, don't pull hair out, stay in place, etc. I even have to adjust the tightness less than a usual elastic! Usually with working out, I'd have to double or triple up and use many elastics, but I just need one with this. I haven't had them long but I'm hoping they hold their elasticity! Fingers crossed, but impressed so far! I wish they were all the asme color, because some go better with blending in my head than others, but not a big deal. They blend better than the cheap black ones from CVS I was using before!
