Because the Microphone was not properly connected to the device. 1️.For Phones: Select P200b Pro in audio settings when calling. 2.For Computers: Please choose the Hands-free AG Audio in the Bluetooth Connection Settings for calling.

Why the other party still can't hear me during a call (headset is connected to two devices)?

Only 1 device can occupy the Microphone of the headset at the same time. You need to end the video or any other audio playback on one of the devices before you can make a call with headset on the other device.
