What is the length of the inseam on the large? Do they shrink after drying in length? Nothing worse looking than sweats that are too short on a man.

I just measured the inseam after several washings and it's 32". My husband is 6'1" and they fit like new. You are correct... High water sweats look ridiculous. He's very pleased with comfort and fit however, I'd say to be safe, wash in warm not hot water and medium rather than a hot dryer. I recommend these sweats.

Do these have elastic at the bottom of the leg?

The leg bottoms don't have an internal elastic like they did last time I got them. They are now gathered like the top of a tube sock. Not my cup of tea.

My brother is 6’9” he wears 38x38. What size do I need?

Although these are generous in length, they are not long enough for 6’9”. Try American Tall...expensive but you can get various tall lengths for skinny and larger builds. Not everyone Tall is big and not everyone big is tall.

My son is 6'4 and 200 lbs, What is best size for him?

the sweatpants tend to run on the larger size so I would try a size large first.
