Battery and adapter was not shipped along with the amp

Sound is good for what it is, but missing bass and the higher tones are a bit screechy. But i had low expectations and it definitely exceeded them. Perfect to just jam on the balcony without disturbing neighbours. Overdrive was a bit of a letdown though.

I have this amp on my desk as a larger one wouldn't be feasible. I originally used batteries as i didn't have enough plug sockets to plug the amp in, but it went through a battery pretty quickly, so i managed to get it plugged in. I did initially use the Overdrive mode, which was ok, it wasnt amazing, and there was very little adjustments you could make, but it was useful, but now i just use the clean tone as i have my pedals setup under the desk. Overall the sound quality is good; about as good as you could expect from a small amp, and i have no issues with it for my use. I would definitely recommend this as a gift for someone who plays an electric guitar, since, even if they already have an amp and won't use this as their main amp, this is a useful thing to have since it is so portable and can be battery powered, because they will use it at some point, and will appreciate the gift.

Und was angebliche Verzerrung angeht...
