Dragon Touch Classic 10 Digital Photo Frame WiFi 10 Inch IPS Touchscreen HD Display, 16 GB Memory, Auto Rotate, Photos via App, Email, Cloud Share - Classic 10 (Walnut)

I was quite excited to purchase the Dragon Touch Digital Picture Frame 16.7-inch 4:3 Touch Screen, but my experience with the product has been deeply disappointing. From the outset, the device failed to meet basic expectations. The lack of sound is a major issue, especially when attempting to play videos. Despite following all instructions and troubleshooting, there was no audio output, making it impossible to enjoy multimedia memories. Additionally, the USB-to-device functionality is incredibly slow, and transferring files is a tedious process that often doesn’t work as intended. This inefficiency is frustrating, especially for a product in this price range, where you’d expect seamless performance. The device feels far from worth the investment. The advertised features and premium price set certain expectations, but the poor functionality and slow performance leave much to be desired. The inability to copy files effectively from a USB drive further diminishes its usability, and it simply doesn’t deliver on its promise as a modern digital picture frame. While the display might be decent, the overall experience has left me questioning its value, and I am unsure how to proceed with a product that fails on such fundamental levels.

Muy agradable el marco de fotos digitales, buenos recuerdos que puedes configurar.

The product is okay, with a nice photo touch screen that I approve of from a photographer’s perspective. However, the app design is outdated and basic, and the lack of Google or other photo collaboration makes transferring photos a hassle, forcing you to use the old manual method, which I’d rate 1 star. They’ve also added unnecessary features like playing music and videos—who really wants to play music through a photo frame? Plus, the frame is bulky at the back, making it difficult to hang on a wall. over all 2 stars from me but it could have incredible potential with a smart designer from their end.

Product is ok, the app is useless. Be warned it comes with a European power plug so you will have to get an aussie conversion.

I love everything about this digital frame, both it's quality, it's large size and how easy it is to operate. I bought the frame mainly to see photos of my grandchildren growing up, and it has been a wonderful experience since the moment the frame arrived. I was surprised how easy the set up process was, in minutes it was working and ready to receive photos, videos or music. Anyone can set it up following the quick start guide. It needs to connect to wi-fi to receive and upload the photos but once uploaded it can also display photos or play music without wi-fi.Family and friends can send photos or videos through the Vphoto app or via email. Photos upload within 1 or 2 seconds. The HD picture quality is superb, photos look really clear and vivid. Some of my favorite options are:The ability to adjust the speed of the auto-slide show.It allows to add a caption to the photo. You can upload your favorite music from via usb drive or Tf card and have it playing in the background.I love the option of displaying two photos at the same time. (It can also display 3 and 4).I personally like the full screen pan mode when showing a single photo. It can be set to automatically turn on/off at night. The frame also comes with a calendar, clock, alarm and weather forecast.I have the frame in the family room and love to get up in the morning or come home from work to find new photos that my children have sent! It is beautiful and I recommended it for yourself or to give it as a gift. Every home should have this digital frame!

It was easy to setup and add photos. Still have to learn a bit about its ability to create various frames, but looks promising.
