Purifier Humidify+Cool PH2 De-NOx​

Needed this humidifier fan due to a recent asthma flareup. Noise level is adequate for what it does, although it is a bit large, it fits in the corner of my room perfectly, it’s effective at humidifying, does not leak, is easy to use, and looks great! Strong work 💪🏽

This item was owned for a total of seven weeks, and the humidifier feature has not properly worked since taking the item out of the box. Initially, I called the Dyson customer service center in hopes that my issues could be worked out, but despite their best efforts we could not rectify the problem. That's where things became very frustrating. I was told by Dyson that they would not send me a replacement item and that I needed to send my 7 week old $900 humidifier to their out-of-town service center at my expense, and that they would do an evaluation of the product and would have an "outcome" within 21 business days. At that time, I was told that they would call me to "explain my options", despite the fact that the product has a two year warranty. Since the product was still within my Amazon return window and did not work since taking it out of the box, Amazon has been kind enough to let me return if for a refund the the original payment method, but, at this price point, I don't think it is unreasonable to expect more proactive behavior from the manufacturer. We have owned other Dyson products in the past with mixed results, decided to give them another try with this premium humidifier, and I should have heeded the warnings that I read online about this common issue with this product. Unfortunately I will go out of my way to not be a Dyson customer in the future, but am grateful for Amazon's transparent return policy in this case.

Perfect fan + air purifier + humidification of our bedroom. Although I can’t really say that the price justifies the features. Here’s what I feel you are paying for: 1. The Dyson brand itself 2. The Humidifier 3. The Purifier 4. The design and aesthetic look of it. There’s a modern professional feel with the way it looks. 5. The remote and app control using phone via wifi feature 6. The fan itself. Noise level: The fan is a tiny bit loud on full blast. This is either white noise or irritiating depending on who’s using. Smell: Definitely smell eliminating product. The product itself even detects a slight change in air quality. If you are using this close to a kitchen and it absorbs air from what you’re cooking, the product itself will automatically adjust to compensate. If you think all of these is worth the 900$++ (with discount), I recommend that you buy it!

Pros: Stylish design, all-in-one functionality, formaldehyde destruction, hygienic humidification, smart connectivity. Cons: Expensive, needs consistent upkeep, humidifier tank size could be larger. Ideal for users who want a premium, all-in-one home air quality solution and don’t mind the higher cost.

I did a lot of research before buying a Dyson. This year I developed seasonal dust allergies for the first time, and I knew I definitely needed an air purifier. Dyson beat out every other brand in terms of functionality. It’s super convenient, quiet, the app is fantastic, and most importantly—it really works. Ever since I bought it, I haven’t had any allergy symptoms at home. I absolutely love it and recommend it to everyone!

DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT!! Straight out of the box, it was malfunctioning. It wouldn't humidify at all because it kept thinking the drip tray had overflowed (even though it was completely dry in there). And then I tried to run the recommended deep clean cycle, and it was stuck in limbo on step 1 of the process. I sent it back to amazon and got a replacement, only to have the SAME exact issue on the second unit. Their solution? Send it to Dyson's repair center straight after opening it. Completely non-funtional.

I bought this for my girlfriend and she got naked for me so definitely 5 stars! She loves it needless to say

It does what it is designed to do. Maintain air quality and, humidity during the winter.
