In my opinion it is not cruelty free as it has gelatin (made from animals) as an ingredient. Thanks for posing the question. I will likely look for a vegan/ cruelty product to replace it with.

It will have an expiration date stamped in blue on the bottom of the bottle in January of 2023. I have purchased some Vitamin B2 and it too is stamped in blue. Hope this helps

Q: Can this help with weight loss

That's not what it's intended for and I've never noticed any. It's more to help with hormone imbalance, pms and menopause symptoms. If increased appetite or weight gain is one of those symptoms, it potentially could help lose a couple lbs but it would be negligible.
