It really does work!
I started buying saffron capsules after reading an interesting study that was done showing that it can support a healthy mood (at this point I was unaware of the benefits as far as reducing your appetite). After receiving it and using it (second month now) I can say that I am impressed with the results. I am a fairly "high anxiety" type of person and have had to use SSRI's (such as Prozac) at various times in my life when the stress levels were too high. Saffron has allowed me to not need to have those medications prescribed this winter. I am not in a position to tell people to abandon medications and replace with this product, but I do see the positive results in myself and will continue to use this product.Now on to the "appetite reduction". I am currently following a fairly low carb diet (not necessarily ketogenic - but pretty close)...this is the diet that seens to work for me. In the past I have done this diet with limited success mainly due to just BEING HUNGRY all the time. This time around I can tell that I have much more control over what and when I eat - reduced cravings and I don't seem to feel as though I am starving all of the time. I have managed to consistently lose weight every week while on this product with what feels like very little effort. Again I am in no position to proclaim that this is tge next big miracle diet pill, but it obvious results have me convinced that it will continue to be a part of my diet routine.

Perfect for me
I started taking saffron to deal with mood as a result of discontinuing HRT. What a lifesaver this product is for me! I have had no adverse side effects and have eliminated the "blue mood" completely! I won't be without this product ever! Thanks for a great product.

Works as a stress reliever for me
I love this product. First I start using saffron to avoid snacking and relieves hunger but it turns that helped me so much with my mood swings and stress.

I don't know about appetite suppression. For eye discomfort, two thumbs up.
It's been lest than two weeks but I can feel a significant improvement. I use it for eye discomfort,and it's been a great relief.
