I have found PURE Encapsulations Pantothenic Acid t be an excellent supplement that helps with energy, the lymphatic system, and adrenal fatigue assistance, especially if you are suffering from adrenal fatigue, and are tired. I have also noticed it has helped to raise testosterone levels mildly, which is always a positive thing, even though I am not on any testosterone replacement thrapy, but have had lower than normal levels of testosterone. Although most people use this for cystic acne, my research has revealed it can also be helpful in histamine intolerance. I have been suffering from SIBO-C, leaky gut, rosacea and histamine intolerance for several years (although I didn't realize SIBO was a problem or the root cause of most of my symptoms until about a year and a half ago, after receiving positive results from taking a lactulose breath test). I tried healing the SIBO but it is very difficult to heal and requires a multi pronged approach with treatments that seem to exacerbate my histamine intolerance. Itchiness, skin rashes, redness and acne are always a problem. Trying to get an appointment with a SIBO specialist is a year wait and dermatologists just want to prescribe toxic chemicals and medicines that only treat symptoms, not the root cause. Benadryl and antihistamines help but have unwanted side effects. So, I took it upon myself to research as much as possible for how to heal this disorder. After more research, I began taking Pantothenic Acid just 1 day ago and although not perfect, I already feel generally better. I've also started taking, Zinc Carnosine and Albisia for leaky gut so food intolerances caused by proteins that leak through the intestinal wall will no longer be contributing to the histamine intolerance. After so long dealing with my uncomfortable symptoms, I am so glad for this product and hope it will help until my leaky gut and sibo are healed.

When I first opened the bottle I noticed there was a lot of powder loose in the bottle. As I went to fill up my pill boxes with these pills I realized that many of the capsules were broken open or just an empty plastic capsule. I am really dissappointed, Pure Encapsulations products are usually so much better. UPDATE: 4/23/25 Seller contacted me and resolved the issue of quality control - the resolution was quick and much appreciated! I will order again from this supplier as Pure Encapsulations is a great company — I will chalk this issue as a one time event. Thank you!

So the padded mailing envelope arrived in my mailbox with a note from the post office written on the front saying "Received Unsealed at (my zip code)" and had someone's initials on it. So I went to the Pure Encapsulations trouble-shooting link, and they instantly understood that whatever I ordered had obviously fallen out of the unsealed envelope, and they are replacing it. Not only do they have great vitamins without weird fillers (I'm allergic to magnesium sterate), but their customer service is first rate! I'm a big fan of everything this company does. ❤️
