Nutricost Electrolyte Complex (Advanced Hydration with Real Salt®) 120

Good supplier to keep your electrolytes balanced. I’m frequently on keto diet and do a lot of sauna and helped keep my electrolytes balanced

No sugar and easy to eat quickly no messy paper!

I’ve been very happy with Nutricost Electrolyte Complex. The capsules are convenient and provide a simple way to supplement electrolytes without having to mix flavored powders or drink sugary sports drinks. I’ve found this especially helpful when caring for my senior grandmother with dementia, since keeping her properly hydrated can sometimes be challenging. I like having an electrolyte option available as part of her hydration routine, with her healthcare needs and medications taken into consideration. The combination of eight electrolytes and vitamins is convenient, and I appreciate that the capsules are vegetarian, gluten-free, and GMO-free. Easy to keep on hand, simple to use, and particularly useful in our household. Five stars!

Excelente para agregar electrolitos sin sufrir por el sabor, además contiene metilcobalamina

Excelentes Cápsulas cumplen con lo que menciona y muy buen precio

I’ve tried a lot of electrolyte supplements and most of them either taste overly artificial or don’t make a noticeable difference, but this one surprised me in a good way. First thing I noticed was how easy it is to take. No weird aftertaste, no overly salty or sugary flavor, which is usually where these products lose me. It’s very straightforward and doesn’t feel like you’re forcing yourself to drink something “healthy.” In terms of effectiveness, I started using this after workouts and also on days where I just wasn’t drinking enough water, and it genuinely helps with that drained, low-energy feeling. Within about 20–30 minutes, I feel more balanced and less sluggish, especially if I’ve been dehydrated or active. Another thing I appreciate is that it doesn’t feel heavy on the stomach. Some electrolyte products can sit weirdly or cause bloating, but this one has been consistently smooth for me. Overall, it’s a solid, no-nonsense hydration supplement that actually does what it claims. If you’re active, work long hours, or just struggle with staying hydrated, this is worth trying.

I have found that managing my electrolytes can help prevent or stop my migraines. This brand has definitely helped me. I keep it in my nightstand with a glass of water on top! I find the capsules easy to swallow and like how easy they are to have on hand. My kid also gets migraines, but gummies are better for them because their stomach won’t tolerate liquids with the migraine. Traveling can also cause my electrolytes to get mixed up, so I love how easy these are to take with me. 1 capsule is a serving, so these are a great value. Recommend.
