Where do I start, impossible to keep clean , smeary glass top after using the hob for a week the pan holders looked awful , burnt and shabby looking even though they were cleaned every time after cooking , worst thing I've ever purchased .

Bought this hob after having a sterling one for 13 years thought I'd upgrade to a decent name, how wrong was i, wish I'd kept the old one nowIt came with fittings that don't reach and the burner guards were both bent so they wobbled, one of the burners only ignites when it feels like it, the knobs are very hard to see what positions they are in you have to run ur fingers over it to find the indicator.Tried to ring customer services to come and sort it out but after being on the phone for 20 minutes or so just cut me off. I hope Hotpoint actually read these comments, poor, poor quality
