I have mature skin (age 60) that is both dry and sensitive. My hands have really taken a beating this year, and my fingernails have become dry and easily cracked. THANK GOODNESS I decided to try yet another moisturizing product, this CeraVe Intensive Moisturizing Cream. One Word: Fantastic! And yes, it works! So happy to discover this amazing moisturizing cream. - Great for dry sensitive skin anywhere on the body. The cream is luxurious and thick, and immediately adsorbs into the skin with no greasy after feel, and with deep hydration that lasts. My skin is moisturized, smooth, and calm. with a plumper feel. - This intensive moisturizing cream has been a savior for my fingernails. After just a short period of use, my nails became visibly more healthy looking, and had less cracking and chipping. I am continuing to see ongoing improvement. - The jar is easy to open and close, and the cream is easy to scoop out with a finger. This 19 oz. jar is a terrific value, too. I highly recommend this product.

I feel this product hasn't gotten the praise it deserves. This moisturizer works so well, I always use this after I tan, it helps keep your tan! Also it moisturizer works very well. It does not feel greasy or thick. Always use after a shower. I love it ! It is great for sensitive skin too! It feels wonderful, however it does feel a little thick at 1st. I suggest starting with a small amount at first.

Believe me I’ve tried expensive department store brands triple the price & hands down CeraVe is just as creamy & absorbs! Neutral fragrance which is a positive! Best price too! Leaves my skin smooth moist & matte!

I am a great fan of CeraVe products. I have sensitive skin and eyes and for the most part I tolerate their products well. This intensive moisturizing cream is a good example of that. Before I ordered this intensive moisturizing cream I used CeraVe's regular moisturizing cream. Neither cream seems very impressive on the first try. They don't seem like they're occlusive enough to be very helpful. However, I see steady improvement in the moisture level and appearance of my skin with repeated use. So it isn't just a matter of maintaining the moisture, it's treating the skin itself. I don't know that the intensive moisturizing cream is dramatically different than their regular moisturizing cream but my skin is uniformly softer with the intensive cream so I think I'm going to stick with it instead of the original moisturizing cream. I give it high marks for the ease of rubbing the cream into my skin and how quickly the cream absorbs into my skin. Over a week or two of use my skin looks healthier, younger. The cream doesn't leave any type of sheen on my skin. It's not at all greasy.

I really like CeraVe products and I use this intensive moisturizing cream primarily on my face, at night over my RetinA, to help ameliorate skin sensitivity and redness. it has no scent, which is important to me, the skin feel is fantastic, and I like the ingredients (not too many, and all score well at the EWG database). I have also used it as a general moisturizer, especially in the dead of winter when my skin needs the boost. I highly recommend it.
