Lo traigo como gato auxiliar en mi camioneta y de todos los que pude revisar en la refaccionarias este es mucho más barato, tiene mayor capacidad de carga y viene hasta con un estuche, definitivamente es un equipo que puedes traer en tu vehículo sin que estorbe, bien empacado y listo para trabajar en cualquier situación, mucho mejor que el gato de fábrica.

Ordered this item on April 11, 2024. This jack was ordered to replace an equivalent jack that came on a trailer we have. The original jack lasted 18 years. We followed the installation instructions on this Big Red jack including purging air from the system with the rubber filler plug. The double-action went bad almost immediately and so this jack only worked as a single-action pump. In October 2024 the seals on the two pump cylinders started leaking hydraulic fluid out and the jack was useless. These have an alleged 12 month warranty but that is Big Red marketing lip service. When I called customer service the foreign-accent lady asked if we followed installation instructions. I had all the right answers to her "trip up" questions designed to lay blame with the customer. After that she retreated to the statement that the warranty only applies to "replaceable parts" and that since this long-ram jack actuation system had no replaceable parts there was nothing they could do. Makes me wonder why she asked all the initial questions in the first place if the policy is that there are no replaceable parts. Big Red is big hype marketing backed of cheap Chinese crap quality. $91 for a jack that lasted 5 months and is effectively disposable.
