Amazing egg replacement for cooking & baking! So glad I found it here because they don’t seem to carry it in the markets!

I'm allergic to eggs and went without deserts for ages until I found this product. It doesn't work for scrambling or similar uses, but it excellent in baked goods. Family and friends who still can eat eggs have never noticed a different taste to products made with eggs versus this egg replacer. This is a replacement purchase for a used up previous product.Unlike using ground flax seeds, you do not have the dark specks in your dough/finished product. It keeps the dough together. Be aware that you need to mix it with water and set aside for 3-5 minutes before adding to your dough. I've had better luck adding the egg replacer to a container and then adding the water (less lumps this way). Make sure you don't use too hot water, tap warm is plenty.

Makes the most delicious pancakes! I’m so grateful for this as my son has an egg allergy.It really does make pancakes better than eggs!

Not bad so far. I've tried this with a cake mix, and while it LOOKED fine, it was a little more crumbly that I would have liked. Yesterday I used '1 egg' in some oatmeal cookies, and they are holding together well. It's really nice having this available with egg prices so inflated, plus just the convenience of having it whenever you need it. I was pleased with a mistake I made, in thinking that the entire order would only substitute for 32 eggs (so pretty expensive) but it's 32 PER package, for a total of 64. Being thrifty (yeah a cheapskate) this was good to discover.

I use it mostly in cornbread. The cornbread comes out great.
