Perfect. Absolutely great. You get a bottle full of pills. One of the most affordable in the market. This is perfect for those overweight with difficulty absorbing vitamin d compared to the average person. If it had magnesium and potassium it'd be even better but that's just my opinion.

Reviewing the capsules.First of all, the bottle was filled all the way to the top!! I was impressed. I have never seen that before and wish more companies would do that.The capsules are standard size and easy to swallow. I have a sensitive gag reflex so easy to swallow is a necessity for me.180 in the bottle so at one a day, one bottle will last 6 months. Longer if you take it at a lesser frequency.Distributed by a German company, but it does not say where it is manufactured.For those of you with soy allergies, the capsule does not contain soy.This is a high dose product so do check with your medical professional on the usage frequency.

This supplement with the K2 helps your body effectively use the D3. I like the dose amounts for both compounds, and that the capsules don't contain any extra ingredients. Bottle is also clearly labeled with the ingredients, batch number, and exp date.

My energy is great, and I rarely get sick.When I look for a brand, I always make sure that it's a company that is manufactured in the USA or Europe, and that they have gone through legitimate sources for certifications. This company checks out.The value for the quantity of these D3 + K2 is excellent! This bottle will last a good long time, and I love that!The pills were easy to take, not too large, and had no flavor while swallowing.I expect that when I do finally run out, I will go back to this company and get more of these. Recommended for the brand, value, type of supplement, and the large quantity in the bottle.

I've been taking vitamin D3 lately since I try to minimize direct sunlight exposure here in Florida. I still try to stay under 4,000 IU per day, as that's considered the upper safe limit for long term use. And since vitamin D has a long half-life and builds up in the body over time, I plan to take just 1 capsule a week from this bottle as each one of these has a whopping 20,000 IU. The bottle also has a very fresh manufacturing date and almost a 3 year shelf life, so everything works out great. I’ve also looked into other supplements from this brand, and they all seem to consistently get excellent reviews.

A great way to get extra vitamin D. My doctor said that most people do not get enough vitamin D, especially as we age, so she suggested I take a daily sipplement. I like this brand.

This NaturElan vitamin D supplement has a lot to recommend it. Most importantly, the K2 included in the tablet is necessary for the D3 to be absorbed properly. Do you have a supplement without the K2 then it's not doing its job effectively. Secondly, this convince high dose of d3, at 20,000 IU, it's more in line with what North Americans need daily, according to my doctor. In addition, the daily serving size is only one capsule so 180 capsules will last for 6 months!The capsules are easy to swallow and tasteless. They are just distributed by a German company, but unfortunately, there's no indication of where these are actually manufactured. The supplement is sealed with a very strong foil cover over the bottle. Received 5/25, expiration 1/28.
