Vitamins that work.
I've just starting using the product. I will return later with my opinion on my vitamins. A friend of mine has been using them already and says that they are really great and work as prescribed. I look forward to my results soon.

Replaced 6 pills with 1
I have a vitamin d deficiency according to a blood test, but if I take this dose my blood test comes back good. I'm still new to these pills. They smell very clean. I literally replaced 6 pills with 1. It's great and rice is better than the cheap oil that was put in my old pills. This is how much vitamin D3 I need to not be in pain. I'll report back after a while. This is my first day taking them. Been taking them for a while. The pills are great. They work to prevent pain.

Will raise you D level quickly
*** BE AWARE that if you take this high of a dose of D, it can cause ANXIETY. This quickly raised my D level from 11to 60. You must also take magnesium to absorb the D with K. I also took extra K4MK7 with this. Taking Boron in addition will help keep the calcium in your bones and out of your bloodstream. Boron helps balance your hormones and flushes fluoride out too. This D will ease your lower back pain, help with fatigue and immunity by boosting your levels. Be cautious about taking it every day. Once my numbers went to 60 I went to every other day and now at 2-3 times a week until I get my level rechecked.

High amount of vitamin D3 plus K2. Good value for the money. I would have preferred them in coconut oil instead of rice powder, but couldn't fin 20,000 iu in coconut oil with the K2. But, these will do the job
