A bit pricy!!

Good product but with a flaw
The product should have come with a carry case because if you take a closer look at the picture, you will notice that both ends are locked by the black clip. So you need to carry it in your hands as there’s no hook to carry it along the backpack or you have to wear it all the time during your travels which’s cumbersome

Memory foam broke in 2
Do not buy this piece if crap. Poor quality, the memory foam broke into 2 pieces within a week of use.That too when I had bought the neck pillow for an extremely cheap 600/- as part of a cred promotion.I wouldn't recommend buying this even for 100/-.I don't even know if there is a mechanism to replace the pillow.

Great product, poor packaging
The product is amazing by the first look. It feels very comfy, cleverly designed neck support from the sides. Will update after using it for a few months.But the packaging is really unacceptable for a product at this price point. I had exchanged the first one thinking the packaging must have been a mistake. But the replacement also came with the same packaging, only worse. Just a plastic bag which was torn from the side.
