Life changer - Thanks TikTok!
Thanks to coming across a random lady’s post on TikTok, I learned that black women tend to lack Lactobacillus crispatus which could lead to us being disproportionately affected by BV, thrush and other issues. Skin breakout
Been taking them a few days and they’ve given me stomach pains extreme bloating and a complete face breakout in spots like a teenager again ! I read the reviews and thought it would help my tummy problems but it made them worse and made my skin break out
