This was very easy to put together, is very sturdy and looks good.

Good-looking unit and solid for the price, but assembly was more frustrating than expected - something echoed in other reviews. It took me around 2 hours after all including a eureka moment that was surprisingly satisfying. The main issue is that the screw holes for the middle boards aren’t evenly spaced: one side is around 160mm and the other is 180mm. Although they look identical, one side has a narrower screw placement. Sections 4 and 5 are designed to fit into these differently sized gaps. These also look the same but have differently-sized indents. The instructions do mention this technically, but not clearly. I spent about an hour trying to figure out why things weren’t aligning before realising. That's where the eureka moment came in. It was like solving a difficult sudoku. It’s hard to explain without seeing it, but just be aware going in that it’s meant to fit this way. Look very carefully at the illustrations and particularly the numbers explained on the boards on the first page. I’m also not sure why the spacing differs as it doesn’t seem to add any obvious structural benefit. Answers on a postcard please.

Looks fantastic but does seem a little unstable- it moves weirdly when I try to reposition it but I guess for the price, that's fair haha. It's currently supporting the weight of a tv, storage boxes and a lot of drinks so we will see. Not too hard to assemble either. Holds a lot of items

Decent unit for the cost. Easy to put together instructions were clear and looks really nice in my living room. Very pleased.

Disappointed with this. Firstly it’s not the easiest to put together and I have carpentry experience . The cross sections were an absolute nightmare to slot together and it chipped some of the black coating off. The side screw parts were easy but again bits of the black chipped off. As for the backing plates, don’t bother. Because they have coated both sides in the black plastic coating the nails don’t want to Pierce it. It’s nice and sturdy however it doesn’t matter what way you have it, the screws are visible and you’re not given plugs to cover them. Went to give it a clean as it looked grubby and dirty. I wiped it with a wet cloth, still looked dirty, tried cleaner and polish and it still looks dirty. It’s a good job it’s not needed anywhere highly viable or I’d be dismantling it and sending it back. The 3 stars are for the quick delivery and it is sturdy.

Brought 2 one for daughters clothes another we use for my sons toys. Was easy to assemble screws were all there. Very good value for money. It's sturdy looks tidy and neat instead of toys everywhere. Could use as shoe storage alot of room

Although well packaged, with the panels all having a decent finish, you will need to remove (or not install) 4 cam lock screws because they have been drilled in the wrong position and will not fit into the expected cam lock nut spaces. You will only find this out after building the entire unit, disassembling and rebuilding to verify you did actually build it correctly in the first place. You'll then need to provide your own glue and screws to fix the problem caused by poor manufacturing quality.
