Install was pretty easy. I had to purchase different hoses. Which was not the fault of the product, I live in a older home and the angle stops are larger than what you find in newer homes. It’s been in use a couple of months now and works great. The grandkids can’t walk off and leave the water running. In fact I don’t use as much water with this unit. My 3 year old granddaughter still believes it’s magic and she has to say abracadabra and wave her hands under it for it to come on. Great product

The faucet looks very nice and is easy to install; however, the control box did not last long. It stopped working 6 months after installation.Updates:I contacted the seller, who was very helpful, and he sent me a new control box. I installed it, and now everything is working with no problems. I really appreciate how the seller cares about customers.

Having a hands free faucet during the pandemic has been wonderful. This along with the hands free soap dispenser my kids don't have to touch anything as they are washing their hands a hundred times a day :)I myself would never been able to install it so depending on how old your plumping under the sink is you might be there a while installing it. Took my husband about a hour or so. He had to replace some old pieces we had. You won't be able to use your plug in the sink but for me that wasn't an issue. I never use it anyway.

I bought 3 of these (1 for the guest bathroom and 2 for the master) and was extremely excited about the product...that is until I cranked down under the sink and did the installation. Once I motioned and the water came on it immediately started to leak under the sink (see the video someone else uploaded because mine leaked in the exact same location; at the 3 joint intersection). So, I thought it had to be me and my limited plumbing/installation skills, so I tried tightening (to no avail). I then thought why not try one of the others still in the box. No good either. It came on but would not shut off. It just continued to run until I disconnected it from the control box. Nonetheless, it leaked under the sink too so to summarize do not waste your time and efforts. Spend a few more dollars and get a good quality American made product. Good luck!

I'm disappointed this faucet did not work out. It looks very nice and it worked. However, I have a few problems with it.(1) Splashing. The location of the motion sensor is above the sink and I must keep my hands above the edge of the sink while washing them or else the water shuts off. Washing my hands above the edge of the sink results in water splashing onto the counter and the bathroom mirror. This problem could be solved if the faucet had a setting to adjust the length of time the faucet stays on after detecting motion.(2) Requires finnicky positioning of hands, and timing. Unable to keep water on. The fix for this is the same as #1 above. The fact the water only runs when it detects motion within a specific area and stops as soon as there is no motion, creates a multitude of issues. If I'm washing an item I can't just keep the water running. And often the faucet turns off and on several times during one use, and this then creates a lot of noise. Even my downstairs neighbor was complaining to me about it.So overall, I really wanted to like this. It looks very nice. But the inability to control it manually or to adjust the length of time it stays on, ultimately results in this faucet being a no-keeper for me, and I'm going to go back to a manual faucet with handles :-/

So far its great. The miss always wanted a touch free faucet so we started w one in the kitchen. Then I surprised her with this one for the bathroom. I installed it and it went in just fine. Its been in for quite some time now and still have not replaced the batteries. She loves that she dont have to always “spread germs” by grabbing the on/off handles of old. Comes with everything needed for install and avg person could do it in under an hr.

Wanted to pass this on, I know some had concerns about splashing due to water pressure, I found the answer. Use one of these JQK Faucet Aerator, 1.5 GPM Flow Restrictors, they fit perfectly and you can go down to a 1.0 flow restrictor which also works well, but was restricted more than I liked.
