Fantastic Coffee
This company is hands down some of the freshest most flavorful coffee Iโve had the pleasure of tasting for the price. Underrated is an understatement. Excellent value with roasting dates listed.

great tasting, smooth coffee
if you prefer a quality, medium-light roasted coffee, these Ethiopian beans are great. I have purchased these before, and the only change is the price is higher, now. (like all coffee).

First Ethiopian coffee, perfectly roasted and good beans.
I've learned that I don't care for Ethiopian coffee, or should I say the Citrus notes in coffee that are noticeable. That's on me, but this coffee was excellent. So much so that I experimented around and found recipes that minimized the citrus notes enough for me to use the whole bag. The roast was nicely done, very consistent. I'll surely try other Medium or Darker roasts from this roaster.

Good for cold brew
I love using this for cold brew! The bright, almost citrus flavor comes though beautifully and itโs a decent price point.

Best coffee at a fair price
We have a son who ran an independent coffee operation (not Starbucks) where the owner sourced green coffee from all over the world, roasted it and sold it in-store. From that knowledge, he learned to appreciate Ethiopian Yirgacheffe and so did we! This coffee is so good that when anyone comes to our place and we serve it, we always get positive comments. It spoils you for coffee of another variety. I also took some in an airpot to work at my local precinct during the election last November. People loved it! That said, coffee is like wine, in that everyone has their own tastes and preferences. I find this varietal to be smooth, yet a little on the dark side with notes of hickory and chocolate. I love how it fills the kitchen with a wonderful, rich, warm aroma every morning. If you like light, less intense coffee, you may or may not like this. Then again, you can always brew it at a strength that suits you. I use one level tablespoon per cup and find it is bold and flavorful enough for us. Price wise, I have not been able to find true Yirgacheffe for less anywhere. Hope this helps!
