Are the eyes Yellow or Blue?

The one I purchased has blue eyes. I have not heard any reports of this figure having yellow eyes apart from some photos of an early mock-up of the figure.

Are his hands blue or grey?

They are molded in grey plastic while painted in a shiny, metallic blue paint. The earlier prototypes/photoshoots do not show this because it is a part of the more costly paint applications while convention reveals are usually hand painted with little time. The confusion is quite understandable
