Perfect for quark making.
Works really well for making quark as quark has to strain for 12 hours in the fridge after the heating process. I like that it has the little ledges to keep the product from falling down into the whey during that time. I can see where it might be too fine for other recipes, but for my purpose, it's just what I need.

Gets the job done
Great lil gadget. I was expecting it a bit bigger but it gets the job done. Used it a bunch and itโs still living however the edges are starting to come apart. Fits perfectly into the cover of my bowl. And you can just put it in the dishwasher so no need to clean butter by hand.
