I'll preface this with saying, I normally can not tolerate artificial sweeteners at all. I can't stand them. From the nasty after taste to the havoc it creates in my gut(that everyone assures me absolutely cannot be from the aspartame or other artificial sweeteners) every time I try to consume them.This stuff honestly tastes pretty great, especially for a zero cal, zero sugar drink mix. The fruity flavor is nice and not overly artificial tasting. The sweetness is nice but not over powering and the Stevia used in this doesn't seem to leave that after-taste I usually get from zero sugar/calorie drinks. None of the stomach cramping or frequent bathroom trips so far either. I prefer to mix mine with more water. Closer to 14-16 Oz per packet.The powder does take a bit to mix in. But the flavor is good. I'm hopeful that it will help me increase my water intake. It's well worth it for a hydrating and tasty and healthy alternative to water, tea and coffee. The packaging, seems to be high quality & organic. And the price is easy better than the liquid iv brand, and it tastes better IMO.

My husband & have been on the electrolyte train esp living in the hot desert so I’ve been ordering lots of different brands. Some things I like about this one: no bad ingredients, no sugar, easy open packaging & high quality. I will say that this one is far sweeter than some others I’ve tried lately so if you don’t like that just know this haha. Maybe dilute it with a bigger amount of water to make it more palatable if you don’t like sweet. I for one love a tasty sweetness & it helps me drink more water in the day!
