I installed new filters but the red "change filter" light won't go off. Help!

If the red lamp does not go out, try pressing and holding down the red lamp! I think that it disappears then.

How often do you replace the filters

Takes right at 6 months for the 'replace' light to come on. When you see how much the filter has caught it makes the cost worth it from a preventative-medical POV. IMO.

Are there 2 filters included (there are 2 filters in the sense air purifier)? Does this include the carbon prefilters?
