I would give 4.5/5 stars but I don’t know how. The only complaint i have is that the light gets a little warm after prolonged use and the camera starts freezing up every once in a while, but all you have to do is just blow on it to cool it off and it will fix itself. Very easy to use and very user friendly. Battery life is great and only takes maybe 10 minutes to fully charge with USB-C. For the small price I strongly recommend.

Good camera. Pretty easy too use. The light does get pretty warm and you can feel that. Length is good. Battery could last longer

I ordered it because of decent reviews and because my kid had ear pain. Overall it looks decent, easy instructions, easy to install the app on the phone. But poor quality of video. And the main thing why I give 1 star is that it is extremely painful to use it especially for small ears!!! My kid is 6 years old and the camera tip is too big for her ear. Even for my adult ear it is painful to put it deep inside. I missed the return window so probably I will throw it away. Waste of money 1000000%

This tool is ok, however I had lots of ear infections after. I no longer use it.
