Stayed in my 5 year olds ears with little to no readjustment, and they had no leaks.

These are comfortable and great for swimming. Did not want any noise cancelation so that is good.

Hard to fit
It's eh. My oldest son is a competitive swimmer and he says they work. My preteen son says they don't even when we trimmed them down. So adults yes, smaller ears, No.
