Nice laundry addition
Love the scent, my laundry smells great and feels soft. I do have an issue with the pod completely dissolving, though. I have a front load washer and sometimes not all the product gets into the wash.

this expensive product is junk and doesn't live up to the standards! please people don't waste your money. if so you will be asking for a refund....

Better than liquid softener for me
It seems the liquid softener gunks up the dispenser and I don’t like dryer sheets. Detergent with softeners are not a good option because a lot of things don’t advise using softeners These little pods slip into the washer with the clothes and do the job with no mess

Product cannot go in mailbox!
I love the product so far (this is my second order) BUT the box arrived crushed inside the Amazon paper bag because delivery person stifled the bag into our mailbox. Fortunately I still have the Dropps box from my first order of the product, so I put the new pods order into it.
