This is a great product. Works so much better than the regular B1.My legs don't hurt anymore. No mire muscle cramps or restless legs. And it helps with sleep. No more melatonin!It shipped timely and was packed really well too.

Very high potency. You know that cupboard you have of all those vitamins that were amazing the first couple of times then meh? Not these. I originally purchased to heal some nerve pain I was having but on the second day couldn’t believe how solid my energy was and continues 3 weeks later. My mind especially feels like it turned on for the first time in many years. Also sleeping better. The one side effect however is a very active digestive system. Loose stool’s. Very strong acid smell in le toilet. Didn’t take for a couple of days and gut returned to normal. Definitely looking into befotiamine in a lesser dose since you really can’t split these caps easily.

I took 1 in the morning and 1 with dinner. I feel they helped kick start my metabolism, as I had gained weight that was not budging. The other thing I started with it was liposome Saffron extract first thing in the morning.

I bought this to see if it would help with my calf cramping at night. So far so good!

My body was needing this vitamin b. This supplement is working fast. I rest when I go to bed. I would recommend to others.

Seems to work well for what I use it for (nerve pain). Effective.
